Deer butt door bell novelty
item appears on The Tonight Show
 A novelty door bell that is actually a stuffed deer butt recently appeared on The Tonight Show. Host Jay Leno featured the taxidermy item on a segment entitled "Crazy Items We Found on Ebay" in which viewers guess whether or not the item actually sold. The item, which is on sale for $120 (plus $12.50 shipping) advertises "Put your finger on a piece of history and ring that bell" and that it is a "perfect gift for wife or girlfriend. Care instructions recommend occasionally spritzing with disinfecting for finger hygiene. (Click here.)
Motley Crue uses "f" word during
live NBC Tonight Show broadcast
 The rock band Motley Crue used the "f" word during a live broadcast of NBC's The Tonight Show after the performance was broadcast live and uncensored for New Year's Eve. The slipup, which made it out on the air to the public, is documented on the Parent's Television Council website (click here) along with others in the web site's "Worst of the Week Clips Gallery", including clips of the actual video. The section of the web site is quickly becoming an unintentional favorite with teens and others looking for obscene content on the web.
